Destiny 2 Officially Announced

Following the leaked poster from last week Bungie has officially announced Destiny 2. Sadly, all fans have to go on right now is a simple teaser image and will probably have to wait until E3 in June for a trailer and gameplay. Bungie also announced that the FPS/MMO sequel will allow players to transfer their characters from the original game, however none of their items or abilities will be able to come along for the ride. Destiny 2 will be available on both Playstation 4 and Xbox One consoles with rumors of a PC version neither being confirmed or denied by its developer. We can probably expect Destiny 2 to hit store shelves in a not too distant September as the original and both its expansions launched the same month.
